I asked for a withdrawal and I had to write them an email to sort of catch their attention, but they paid and there were no other issues

If I could leave no stars I would, criminals who have no intention of allowing you to withdraw your funds. It has took months for them to accept all of the documents required, when they finally do they restrict my account and once again require evidence of everything that it has took months to provide.An official complaint will be raised with the relevant governing body todayAvoid like the plague, love taking your money but have no intention of ever giving it back.
